Our Philosophy is well reflected in our commitment towards achieving precision, versatility as well as cost-effectiveness in the involved operations. Further, we also believe in providing for maximized option support to medical facilities and patients with reliance on infusion systems. Till recent times, greatest obstacles to infusion choices were monopoly of the pump manufacturers in IV market. Further, as these pumps were designed to function with set chosen by pump manufacturers, it did not allow hospitals to take advantage of competing IV sets that were more cost-effective or of better finish quality.
We ‘Plenum Tech’ broke this monopoly of other manufacturers by coming up with IV pumps that could be accommodated in different standard sets, thus opening up new choices for medical community. The benefits our Infusion systems provide for include allowing programming for complete range of IV parameters as well as allowing easy adaptability to different patient requirements including those who are in middle of IV procedures. Further, our customers can purchase IV volumetric pumps that allow for instant recalibration so as to suit multiple IV sets (a procedure that at one time needed support of special technician and was costly and time-consuming process).

Awards and Achievements
Warranty
Manufacturer warrants as follows:
- The manufacturer warrants smooth operations of the pumps for 13 months from date of delivery/12 months from date of dispatch (whichever is earlier)
- Manufacturer/its designated representatives pledge themselves towards offering service support for repairing of the pumps/changing it to good one during warranty period when during testing phase it is ascertained that pump is defective through manufacturer's fault
- On event of any pump found defective during warranty period, purchaser needs to notify in writing to manufacturer/its designated representative of any claimed defects within 15 days after such defect is noticed
- Pump for repair/changing or testing needs to be delivered to manufacturer/its designated representative in manufacturer's packing (shipping cartons and inserts) or in analogical packing form and sent prepaid
- Warranty will not apply to pump without seal/to damages caused through fluid spills or dropped pumps, incorrect operating conditions as well as damages caused from improper shipment to manufacturer
